If you love getting pampered - you are in the right town!  You will be oh so spoilt for choice - from tranquil country hideaways to luxury city spas, with treatments varying from massage to aromatherapy, wraps, scrubs, hydro-therapy and many more. All this bliss is offered at considerably more reasonable costs than what you may be used to overseas, and quality of service is as good and in some places outstanding.
 
You will find spas all around Cape Town – from luxury hotels to Woolworths stores. Hotel based spas are typically on the more pricey end of the scale, however they are still very affordable and the quality of treatments is often the best. But if you want to stretch your pampering budget - try Woolworths mini-spas where you can have a quick and very affordable treatment on-the-go – whether it is a shoulder rub or an express manicure. Another great store that has an in-house spa and a wide range of treatments is Wellness Warehouse.

• Frank Fowden V&A Waterfront, 021 419 3186/7 Great hairdresser. You can also have a manicure and pedicure, while you are having your hair done.
• Wim Coiffeur Cnr Main and Queens Road, Sea Point, 021 439 6131 - One of the most sought-after hairdressers, so book in advance and ask for Wim. You will also get a divine head massage absolutely free.
